Can I buy directly from Blauer?
Blauer products are sold exclusively through authorized Blauer Distributors who maintain inventory in their facilities and provide local service to our many end-users. Our experience suggests that agencies are better served working with local businesses to plan properly for their needs and to solve problems as they arise. How can I verify whether a uniform dealer is authorized to sell Blauer products?
Please contact your local Blauer sales representative or visit the Purchase section of our website for a list of authorized Blauer dealers in your state. Blauer cannot guarantee the authenticity or source of goods sold by unauthorized dealers and will not offer warranty service for such goods.

Do you sell products overseas?

Yes. For Blauer products in Canada, please contact Martin & Levesque, our Canadian licensee. If you are calling on behalf of an agency or are looking to become an international Blauer Distributor outside of Canada, please contact Tom Ames, Director of Marketing. Why do your products seem to cost more?

When it comes to uniforms, the old adage holds true - You get what you pay for. We continue or dedication to building high-performance products, secure in the knowledge that they will provide years of satisfaction. By using superior fabrics and materials, refusing to cut corners during construction, and giving the attention to detail that only years of experience affords, Blauer makes the best public safety garments that money can buy. While some of our garments are slightly more expensive, the true cost of ownership is much lower than our competitors' products because they simply last longer and look better.

Do you make custom styles?
Yes. We own and operate our own factories and make over 1,000 custom styles on a cut-to-order basis. We can also "customize" stock garments to meet most agency requirements. Please contact your local Blauer sales representative to discuss your specific uniform needs

How do I get warranty service for my Blauer item?
Blauer stands behind all of our products. We offer standard warranty coverage against defects in workmanship or materials for three years for outerwear and rainwear, and one year for shirts and trousers. If you feel your Blauer product is defective in any way, please bring it to the authorized Blauer dealer you purchased it from for immediate evaluation. Your dealer will evaluate the problem and if the product is still covered under warranty, will either repair or replace the garment free-of-charge. Remember - Blauer only offers warranty service for goods purchased from authorized Blauer distributors.
